Staging Consultation
For occupied homes. Each room will get a detailed assessment of what should be done to make it more appealing to the target market. This can include things such as: Decluttering, Furniture arrangement, Décor, Cleaning, Painting & Repairs. Some rooms may only require a little bit of redesign while others require more extensive staging and changes to be ready to impress buyers.
Standard Staging Package
This package is for condos, townhomes and single family homes priced 300,000 -500,000. This Package includes staging of the Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom and 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms. We bring in appropriate furnishings for each of the rooms indicated above along with decor items that include rugs, pillows, bedding, wall hangings, hotel white bathroom dressings, flower decor, home accessories and the like.
Premium Staging Package
This package is a good option for condos, townhomes and single family homes priced from 500,000-800,000. This package includes staging of the Family Room, Living Room or Office, Dining Room, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom and 2 & 1/2 Bathrooms. We bring in elevated furnishings for each of the rooms indicated above along with decor items that include rugs, pillows, bedding, wall hangings, hotel white bathroom dressings, flower decor, home accessories and the like.
Luxury Staging Package
This package is for your high end, luxury listings. It includes staging of the Family Room, Living Room, Office, Dining Room, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom and 3 & 1/2 Bathrooms. Outdoor Furniture can be added to this package. We bring in our higher end furnishings for each of the rooms indicated above along with our lux decor items that include rugs, pillows, bedding, wall hangings, hotel white bathroom dressings, flower decor, home accessories and the like.
